Join Autour du Vin and Clovelly for an evening of food & wine and learn the art of pairing.  The evening will begin with a 1-hour interactive class on wine pairing followed by a 5 course meal with carefully selected wines, each showcasing an inspired match.

The event will begin with a 1-hour class covering the basic principles of pairing, isolating food and wine elements for experimentation. You will learn and taste why some matches are heavenly and others are best avoided.

Then, enjoy fine dining experience of five outstanding courses with carefully selected wines, each showcasing an inspired match.
