Join Autour du Vin and Clovelly for an evening of food & wine and learn the art of pairing. The evening will begin with a 1-hour interactive class on wine pairing followed by a 5 course meal with carefully selected wines, each showcasing an inspired match.
The event will begin with a 1-hour class covering the basic principles of pairing, isolating food and wine elements for experimentation. You will learn and taste why some matches are heavenly and others are best avoided.
