Jonathan is WSET® Level 3 Certified and is set to complete his WSET® Diploma in 2015. Upon completion of his diploma, he plans to enter the Master of Wine program. Formerly the Director of Operations for three of Nova Scotia’s Private Wine and Specialty Stores, Jonathan is now the the category manager for beer, cider, and ready-to-drink products with Alcool New Brunswick Liquor.
In 2009, Jonathan was awarded the Kent Clarke award as the Best Graduating Student in the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers Program. In addition, Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University. Jonathan has devoted his life to the “world’s greatest beverage” and injects his own style of fun, passion and enthusiasm in his teaching.
