Release of liability and indemnification

1- Autour du Vin assumes no liability for any cancellation, injury, loss, accident or delay occasioned by the proprietor, employee, or service of any facility used by the above program.

2 – I understand that the above program involves the tasting of wine. You are required to spit and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited. I am fully aware of the dangers of consuming alcohol, particularly the dangers of drinking and driving, and accept full responsibility in the event my actions are affected by any alcohol I have chosen to consume without limiting the foregoing RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

5 – Without limiting the foregoing and in consideration of my being permitted to participate in the above program, the undersigned does hereby for himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, release and forever discharge Tracey Dobbin, The Wine Merchant, Autour du Vin and their respective directors, officers, agents, employees, administrators, heirs, executors, successors and assigns from any and all actions, claims or demands by reason of any loss or injury to person or property arising from the operation of the above program, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Tracey Dobbin, The Wine Merchant, Autour du Vin and their respective employees and agents.

6 – I further agree to save harmless and indemnify Tracey Dobbin, The Wine Merchant and Autour du Vin from and against all claims, actions, costs or expenses in respect to injury, loss or damage to person or property howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the operation of the above program, whether the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Tracey Dobbin, The Wine Merchant, Autour du Vin and their respective employees and agents.

7 – I have read the program description and the conditions of my registration and participation, INCLUDING THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION and agree to them. and in consideration of my being permitted to participate in the above program, the undersigned does hereby for himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, release and forever discharge Tracey Dobbin, The Wine Merchant, Autour du Vin and their respective directors, officers, agents, employees, administrators, heirs, executors, successors and assigns from any and all actions, claims or demands by reason of any loss or injury to person or property arising from the operation of the above program, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Tracey Dobbin, The Wine Merchant, Autour du Vin Autour du Vin and their respective employees and agents.

8 – I further agree to save harmless and indemnify Tracey Dobbin, The Wine Merchant and Autour du Vin from and against all claims, actions, costs or expenses in respect to injury, loss or damage to person or property howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the operation of the above program, whether the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Tracey Dobbin, The Wine Merchant, Autour du Vin and their respective employees and agents.

Cancelations and reimbursements

Please note that all course tuitions are 100% non-refundable. Payments are, however, transferable to another course or another person. Should you wish to transfer your tuition payment to another person (for a future course provided by Autour du Vin) or apply it as a credit towards a future course for yourself, this must be done three weeks prior to the 1st class. All transfer requests must be received by email or telephone. Transfer requests received after this time will not be accepted.

Autour du Vin reserves the right to cancel an event or course is the number of registrants is insufficient. In this case all monies paid will be refunded.

In case of partial participation in a session or course, no refund will be possible.
