Building a Cellar

This is a course for those interested in collecting and cellaring wine. We present an overview of the best regions and estates around the world. The importance of vintage and the ageability and drinking windows of key wines are also covered.

We explore how to build a collection that is personalized, diversified, and balanced. This includes how to buy, source, and trade wines to ensure the best price, while avoiding counterfeit/fake wines. Finally, we review how to best store and manage your investment.
