Food and Wine Pairing

For those who want to host a special meal, we work with clients and caterers to design a menu where each course is perfectly paired with wine.

There are endless theme options to explore with your personal sommelier.  For example, we can focus on a region and showcase variations between appellations and vintages. Or, we can do a tour of the world with a list selected from across the globe.

Each course is presented by your personal sommelier who is available throughout the night to explain the pairings and the wines in as much depth as you desire. Of course, we are able to organise the purchase and delivery of the wines and can coordinate the catering.
